农业适度规模经营发展策略探究

摘要

Agriculture moderate scale management is the only way for the development of agricultural moderniza-tion, is the inevitable result of productivity development. At present, the rural land property right is not clear, the farmland circulation is poor, the farmers' organizational degree is not high, agricultural social service system lags behind are the main factors that hinder the agriculture moderate scale management. The problems can be sloved by innovating rural land system, cultivating new type of agricultural man-agement main body, perfecting social service system and establishing urban-rural integration social se-curity system.%农业适度规模经营是农业现代化发展的必由之路，是生产力发展的必然结果。当前农村土地产权不清、农地流转不畅、农民组织化程度不高、农业社会化服务体系滞后是阻碍农业适度规模经营的主要因素。应该通过创新农村土地制度，培育新型农业经营主体，健全社会化服务体系和建立城乡一体化社会保障体系等途径来加以解决。
