中小企业的健康发展是全面建成小康社会的基础，它关系到小康社会的建成质量和建成效率，但目前中小企业对经济社会的贡献是靠数量“堆积”起来的，而不是靠发展的质量持续推动的，中小企业在发展过程中遇到了诸多“瓶颈”问题，这些问题不解决，全面建成小康社会就失去了基础，目标也不可能实现。该文阐述了全面建成小康社会视域下中小企业的发展中遇到的“瓶颈”问题及解决“瓶颈”问题的主要措施，以期对广大中小企业更好更快发展起到理论支持和引领作用。%The healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises is the foundation of build a well-off society in an all-round way, it relates to the quality and efficiency of well-off society. Contribution to the economic society, the small and medium-sized enterprises rely on “accumulation” of quantity, rather than rely on the development of quality. Small and medium-sized enterprises encounter many“bottleneck” problems in the development process, these problems are not solved, building a well-off society in an all-round way lose the basis, the goal can ’t achieve. This paper expounds the develop-ment “bottleneck”problems of small and medium-sized enterprises and the main solving measures, in order to better and faster play a theoretical support and guidance for development of small and medi-um-sized enterprises.
