At present, in China’s rural village committee election, factious competition has become a widespread phenomenon, which plays a vital influence at the result of the election. How to regulate factious competition in the village committee election becomes an urgent task for the villagers ’ autonomy in China.%在现阶段中国农村村委会选举中，派系竞争已成为一个普遍存在的现象，其对选举结果起着至关重要的影响。如何规范村委会选举中的派系竞争，成为当前我国村民自治所面临的一大急迫任务。
