高职院校治理结构及章程建设的现状分析与思考

摘要

本文从目前我国高职院校章程建设现状的分析入手，剖析了章程的“法定内容、自主权内容和现代大学制度需要的其他内容”，指出高职院校章程建设应处理好“权力与责任、自治与监督、内部与外部”等三方面关系；提出要把凝练办学特色、推动学校改革、监督权力运行作为章程建设的努力方向。%as a starting point ,it analyzes the status quo of the statutes construction of the higher vocational colleges in China ,explores the fundamental factors covered in the“statutory content and oth‐er content of the autonomous right and modern university system” and points out that the statutes con‐struction of the higher vocational colleges shall deal with the relationship among“authority and responsi‐bility ,self -government and supervision ,internals and externals” ;it proposes that the statutes construc‐tion shall strive for condensing school -running characteristics ,promoting school reform and supervising power operation .
