高职院校思政课教材体系向教学体系转化的现实困境与对策探析

         

摘要

transformation from teaching material system to teaching system of ideological and political course at higher vocational college is an important step for teaching reform, also the key to improve teaching efficiency.But in practice, there are many predicaments: unification of teaching material and update of the contents, different levels between the colleges and students' cognitive competence, integrity of teaching material system and the diversified discipline background of teachers.Therefore it is necessary to research from several aspects including update of teaching idea, optimization of teaching team, the platform to share good teaching resources.%高职院校思政课教材体系向教学体系的转化是教学实施的重要环节,是提高教学实效性的关键.在教学实施的具体过程中,面临着教材的统一性与教材知识的更新性、不同院校之间的层次性与学生认知能力的差异性、教材体系完整性与教师学科背景多元化的现实困境.对此,要从更新教学理念、优化师资队伍、共享优质教学资源平台等方面进行探索,将教学落到实处.
