云南某中心大楼基础隔震设计研究

             

摘要

A disaster prevention center building in Yunnan province is located in the zone with the seismic fortification in-tensity 8;its main structure is reinforced concrete frame. Hybrid vibration isolation technology is adopted in thisproject which sets an empty space between the upper structure and the top of the pile as a conduit placement equipment and isolation layer. Isolation layer is made up of the pure natural rubber isolation bearing and lead rubber bearing. Base isolation of main structure is analyzed in detail by using the nonlinear time history analysis and energy analysis. The results show that various seismic devices give full play to their design performance and the seismic response of the upper structure has decreased dra-matically.%云南某防灾中心大楼位于8度抗震设防区,主体结构为钢筋混凝土框架结构。该工程采用基础混合隔震技术设计,在桩基顶面与上部结构之间设置架空层用作安置设备管道及隔震层。隔震层由纯天然橡胶隔震支座和铅芯橡胶支座组成。对主体结构基础隔震采用非线性时程分析以及能量分析法进行了详细分析,结果表明:各类抗震器充分发挥了其设计性能,上部结构的地震响应明显降低。
