泰达科技创新人才资源的现状分析

摘要

针对泰达科技创新人才资源利用与开发现状,分析了政策和机制、发展指标、政策兑现保障和人才资源等方面存在的问题,提出合理化建议,并指出依靠人才驱动才能实现科技创新,最终把泰达建设成为我国重要的科技创新高地和人才聚集高地.%In view of current utilization and exploitation situation of innovative talents of science and technology in TEDA, this paper analyzes the problems in its policies and mechanisms, development indexes, policy implementation measures and talent resource utilization and puts forward reasonable suggestions, such as relying on the talents to achieve scientific and technological innovation and construct TEDA into a significant hub featuring science and technology innovation and talent aggregation.
