In the 1990s, CNOOC in Bohai oilfield introduced the concept of extended well testing. However, due to large workloads, high cost, and limited resource of seaworthy ships and drilling ships, the scheme has not been effectively popular-ized. With the development of ocean engineering technology and the need of exploration and development integration, the concept of extended test platform was born and has achieved phased achievements. Based on the cost structure of the test platform, estimate basis and methodology, this paper analyzes how to effectively control platform cost and rent through fee structure analysis, cost reduction strategy and the methodology of economic evaluation, aiming to provide economic guid-ance for platform construction and operation in the late period.%20世纪90年代,中海油在渤海油田引入延长测试概念,但由于整个作业过程施工量大、测试投资高,加之适航船舶和钻井船资源紧张,上述方案没有得到有效推广.随着海洋工程技术的发展与勘探开发一体化的需要,延长测试平台的概念产生,并取得了阶段性研究成果.从延长测试平台的费用构成、估算依据及方法等方面进行论述,通过费用构成分析、降本策略及经济评价方法,有效控制平台费用,为平台后期建造与运营提供经济指导.
