以潍坊白浪河大桥的大体积混凝土群桩承台为例,考虑布置冷却水管作用,采用 MIDAS有限元分析软件,对施工期间大体积混凝土的水化热温度场进行模拟研究.将理论模拟结果与实际计算结果进行对比分析,结果表明:群桩承台中间布置两排冷却管,水管水平间距取0.9,m,垂直间距取1.0,m,保持1.5,m3/h 水流量的管冷却,方案能够保证各控制点内外温差不超过25,℃,有效控制了承台裂缝,使施工质量得到保证,与计算结果相吻合,为桥梁大体积混凝土施工提供了数据参考.%Taking mass concrete of pile caps of Weifang Bailanghe bridge as an example,this paper considered the layout of cooling water pipe,carrying out a mass concrete hydration heat temperature field simulation research based on a finite ele-ment analysis of software MIDAS during the period of construction. Comparing the calculation result with the actual study, the results showed that two rows of cooling pipe should be decorated in the middle of the group of pile caps,in which water pipe spacing of 0.9 m,vertical spacing of 1.0,m,maintain 1.5 m3/h discharge tube cold scheme can guarantee inside and outside temperature in the control points not to exceed 25℃. This model can control the crack stability effectively and keep construction quality,which was consistent with the calculation results. This research provides the reference data for mass concrete construction of a bridge.
