医用流体与肝脏血管内壁参数的测量及分析

         

摘要

通过分析医用流体在肝脏移植手术前准备等方面的应用,对其参数进行测量,并应用到肝脏非平滑血管灌注中,对血管动力学特性进行分析.构建一级非平滑堵塞血管实体模型及血管内液体湍流的控制方程.采用恒流灌注和对称式脉动流灌注在双向流固耦合条件下进行灌注仿真.基于医用流体测量装置和血管模型的构建进行仿真分析,结果清晰的显示了灌注过程中的尤其是管内异物周围的流体动力学行为及血管内速度场大小、血管变形及壁面剪切力分布.医用流体测量装置的构建实现了非平滑血管的灌注仿真分析,获取的流体动力学参数为改善肝供体质量提供了理论依据.%The paper analyzes the application of the perfusion fluid in the preparation of the liver transplantation,the parameters of it are measured and applied to the hepatic perfusion process to acquire the dynamic characteristics.The paper constructs the model of the hepatic rugged vessel with foreign matter and the governing equations of the perfusion fluid in the form of turbulence are established.Then the perfusion processes are simulated with the steady flow and symmetric pulsating flow under the two-way fluid-structure interaction.The simulation results clearly reveal the variations of dynamic characteristics including the velocity in the rugged vessel,the vascular deformation and the wall shear stress.Based on the parameters of the perfusion fluid,the simulations and analyses of the hepatic perfusion process are implemented.The results of simulations provide theoretical basis for improving the quality of donor liver.
