交通事故车速鉴定制动痕迹关键问题分析

摘要

To improve the impartiality and objectivity of the judicial appraisal process of traffic accidents, traffic accident speed identification of key issues is analyzed. By using the braking performance test report, with reference to the National Institute of Standards and automotive theory, the speed os automobile is identified. By studying the driver's brake operation process and combining with the braking performance of test reports on the braking distance coordinated universal time, braking speed, sliding attachment coefficient, the condition for braking speed formula is obtained. Finally, combined with the actual case, the speed is 71.4 km/h. The accident collision Software PC- Crash verify that the resulting speed is 72 km/h, and the identification method has a high reference value.%为提高交通事故司法鉴定公正性和客观性，对交通事故车速鉴定关键问题进行了分析，利用制动性能检测报告并参照国家标准和汽车理论进行了车速鉴定。通过对驾驶员制动操作过程进行汽车理论研究，结合制动性能检测报告对制动距离、制动协调时间、制动速度、纵滑附着系数确定等关键问题进行分析说明，并得出制动速度计算公式适用条件。结合实际案例，进行车速鉴定所得车速为71．4km／h，通过交通事故碰撞软件PC—Crash验证所得车速为72km／h，说明该鉴定方法具有较高的参考价值。
