为保证小方坯端面标识设备的性能,对决定其性能的写字机构的动态特性进行了仿真分析。首先,运用Pro/Engineer建立写字机构的模型;然后,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对写字机构进行模态分析,得出写字机构的前7阶模态固有频率和相应振型;最后,利用 Pro/Engineer 软件中的 Mechanism 模块对写字机构进行运动学分析。通过分析为写字机构的改进提供了依据。%In order to guarantee the performance of the marking machine for the small billet face,the most importantpart of the writing mechanism,its dynamic stability was studied.First,a 3D model of the writing mechanism was built by using Pro/Engineer. Then,modal analysis was carried out with the finite element analysis software ANSYS to obtain the first 7 natural frequencies and the vibration-made vectors of the writing mechanism. Finally,an kinetic analysis was conducted with the mechanism module of Pro/Engineer. The modal analysis and kinetic analysis of the writing mechanism can provide a basis for the improvement of the writing mechanism.
