工会在企业承担社会责任中的独特作用

Enterprise as the foundation of modern society,are the creators of social wealth,also the undertaker of social responsibility.Trade union organizations should give full play to its unique function,and ensure the enterprise to play a important role in assuming their social responsibility by safeguarding the rights and interests of workers,improving worker team quality and promoting the construction of safety,environmental protecting enterprises.%企业作为现代社会的基础,是社会财富的创造者,也是社会责任的承担者。工会组织应从维护职工权益、提升职工队伍素质、推动构建安全、环保型企业等方面,充分发挥其独特作用,切实保证在企业承担社会责任中起到应有作用。
