国际劳动标准与我国执行现状

摘要

The article will discuss about the current situation in five core standards for workers from the perspective of origin and development of the international workers ’ convention , including abolishment of slave labor, freedom of gathering , organizing the trade union , collective bargaining right , abolishment of exploiting young workers , and eliminating of occupation discrimination .The article will also talk about the challenges we are facing up to in the process of implementing the international standard for workers as a developing and labor intensive country and discuss on some countermeasures and advice .%本文从国际劳工公约的由来与发展出发，分别从立法层面与执行层面分析我国在五项核心劳工标准中的现状，其中包括废除强迫劳动、结社自由、组织工会和集体谈判权、消除剥削童工、消除就业歧视。通过对现状的分析，指出作为发展中国家、劳动密集型、以贴牌制造生产为主的中国在执行国际劳工标准上所面临的挑战，以及应对挑战的对策建议。
