MOS管栅极电荷Qg测试仪的设计

AD9218 is chosen as the AD chip, and MCF56F8257 is chosen as main controller, a MOSFET's Qg measurer is presented. Its design principle and structure is introduced. The experimental results show that Qf is precisely measured, and the design method can be applied to that of similar parameters.%以AD9218芯片为AD采集芯片、MCF56F8257 DSC为主控制器,设计了一款便携式的Qg测试仪,并给出了设计原理及实验结果.结果表明,该设计能准确测得Qg,同时也为同类参数测量提供参考.
