PCM纺织品调温性能测试装置的设计与应用

摘要

In order to study the thermal regulating performance of phase change textile materials, the testing equipment was developed which consists of temperature control plate, travel device and date acquisition device. Two indices (rate of temperature decrease T' and thermal regulating capability Id) are proposed to characterize the thermal functional performance of such textiles. Through comparison experiment between the phase change textile materials and common textiles, it is show that rate of temperature decrease T' and thermal regulating capability Id can be used to characterize the thermal functional performance of such textiles.%为研究PCM纺织品的调温性能,研制开发了由温度控制板、行进装置和数据采集装置3部分构成的PCM纺织品调温性能测试装置,提出以温度下降速率T″和热调节能力Id这2个指标评价PCM纺织品的调温性能.PCM纺织品与普通纺织品的对比试验表明:研制的测试装置能模拟人体皮肤和环境温度的变化,温度下降速率T″和热调节能力Id这2个指标可以表征PCM纺织品的调温性能.
