电动汽车电机驱动板旋变解调模块的自动测试方法

摘要

为检测电机驱动板上的旋变解调模块是否正常工作,对旋变解调模块的自动测试方法进行了研究.在分析测试要求及测试原理的基础上,提出了旋变解调模块的自动测试方案,并基于LabVIEW完成了旋变解调模块的自动测试系统设计,给出了系统硬件和软件的实现方案；最后对自动测试系统进行实验.测试结果显示,该测试系统可以满足测试要求.%To test that whether the resolver demodulation module in motor driver board can work properly, the automatic testing method for the resolver demodulation module is developed. On the basis of analyzing testing requirements and testing principle, automatic testing scheme of the resolver demodulation module is proposed. An automatic testing system is implemented based on Lab VIEW, which gives system hardware and software implementation scheme. Finally, the automatic testing system is testified with several experiments, and the results show that the testing system can satisfy the development requirements.
