无泡皂洗剂的制备与应用

     

摘要

No-foaming cleaning agent prepn.study from maleic anhydride, acrylic acid, polymer and dispersing agent K was no-foaming cleaning agent.No-foaming cleaning agent was used in dyeing cotton fabrics with reactive dyes,after washing cotton fabrics were tested.The results showed that the optimal synthesis process parameter were as follows:m( maleic anhydride ) :m( acrylic acid )= 1:3, w(initiator) =5.0% (on the mass of monomer), reacted at 80 ℃ for 2.5 h.The optimal no-foaming cleaning agent process parameter were as follows:m (polymer acid): m (dispersing agent K)=50: 1.Wet rubbing colour fastness 4,6 of pH value after dyeing cotton fabrics no-foaming cleaning agent washing.%以顺丁烯二酸酐与丙烯酸在过硫酸钠引发下自由基加成聚合聚羧酸,再以聚羧酸与分散剂K复配无泡皂洗剂.测试了不同条件下制备的无泡皂洗剂的去浮色力,并对无泡皂洗剂与常规皂洗剂进行平行对比性能测试.结果表明,聚羧酸的最佳合成条件为m(顺丁烯二酸酐)∶m(丙烯酸)=1∶3、w(引发剂)=5%(对单体质量)、80℃反应2.5 h.无泡皂洗剂复配的最佳条件为m(聚羧酸)∶m(分散剂K)=50∶1.染色织物经无泡皂洗剂皂洗后,湿摩擦牢度为4级,pH值为6.
