改性聚己二酸乙二醇酯的合成及表征

         

摘要

在分析聚酯多元醇(PEA)合成方法的基础上,研究采用己二酸、乙二醇和乳酸合成改性聚己二酸乙二醇酯的合成方法和工艺.将己二酸、乙二醇和乳酸按1:1.2:0.5、1:1.3:1.5、1:1.4:0.5、1:1.5:0.5、1:1.6:0.5的不同配比:和改变乳酸的含量,将己二酸、乙二醇和乳酸按1:1.5:0.5和1:1.5:0.2配比,分别采用对甲苯磺酸和有机锡2种不同的催化剂,在不同的反应时间等条件下合成改性共聚物聚酯多元醇,并利用红外光谱(FTIR)分析研究合成改性共聚物的化学组成.结果表明:合成的改性共聚物中含有聚己二酸乙二醇酯所有的特征基团.并且通过化学滴定的方法,计算出了合成共聚物的酸值、羟值和数均分子质量,根据计算结果综合分析,得出了采用有机锡为催化剂,己二酸、乙二醇和乳酸按1:1.5:0.5的配比合成的共聚物样品表征情况最佳的结论.%The experiment is to synthesize polyol of PU soft segment. First of all, a number of conditions for synthesizing polyol were discussed. The ratio of the adipic acid, ethylene glycol and lactic acid( 1:1.2:0.5、1:1.3:0.5、1:1.4:0.5、1:1.5:0.5、1:1.6:0.5), different catalysts, different lactic acid content(1:1.5:0.5、1:1.5:0.2) and the length of reaction time were investigated to synthesize modified PEA (polyethylene adipate esters). The infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was used to confirm the chemical composition of copolymers. The acid value and hydroxyl value of modified PEA was calculated by chemical titration. And the number average molecular weight was calculated. Sample color and viscosity was observed with naked eyes. The experimental results showed that under different conditions, adipic acid modified polyethylene glycol esters were prepared. And the modified PEA showed the better performance with 1:1.5:0.5 of adipie acid, ethylene glycol, lactic acid and organotin catalyst.
