The manikin and the one in the coat with same style, different materials and ease allowance are respectively scanned by using 3D scanner, and the point cloud data of virtual dressing characteristic cross -sections are obtained. The definite arc length is used to determine the angle and the calculation of mathematical modeling is made by adopting cubic spline interpolation algorithm. The real positions of characteristic cross -sectional segmentation with different ease allowances and different mechanical properties in virtual dressing are studied from the 3D angle, the distribution law of segmentation on the characteristic cross-sections is analyzed and the internal relations between the distribution of segmentation, and the ease allowances of garments and mechanical properties of the fabric arc revealed, which provides a reliable basis for the actual condition of 3D virtual garments and the virtual conversion technology.%采用三维人体扫描仪分别对标准人台和穿着同一款式不同面料、不同放松量外套的标准人台进行扫描,得到虚拟着装特征截面的点云数据,通过定弧长确定角度并采用三次样条插值法进行数学建模,从三维角度研究特征截面不同松量和不同力学性能分割线的角度分布,揭示分割线分布与服装松量以及面料力学性能之间的内在联系,为三维虚拟服装的真实状况以及虚拟缝合提供可靠依据.
