A novel series of reactive polyurethane surfactants were synthesized by polyethylene glycol, methacrylic acid, 3-isocyanatomethyl-3,5,5-trimethylcyclohexyl isocyanate (IPDI) and alkyl alcohol. Their chemical structures and surface activity of surfactants were characterized and confirmed by FTIR, 1HNMR and surface tension analysis. The results show that the novel reactive polyurethane surfactants have extremely high surface activity (the quantity class of the critical micelle concentration of surfactants is about 10"5 mol/L). The product prepared with dode-canol (PU3) can reduce the surface tension to 35.5 mN/m at the concentration of 0.054 mmol/L.%以聚乙二醇、甲基丙烯酸、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和烷基醇为原料,合成了3种反应型非离子聚氨酯表面活性剂;并利用红外光谱、核磁共振和表面张力仪对其结构及表面活性进行了表征.结果表明:所合成的反应型聚氨酯表面活性剂具有较好表面活性,其临界胶束浓度数量级可达10-5;以十二醇所制的反应型聚氨酯表面活性剂(PU3)在临界胶束浓度为0.054 mmol/L时,可使水溶液的表面张力降低到35.5 mN/m.
