微波辅助合成BiOBr/CeO2及其光催化性能

             

摘要

The novel heterostructure photocatalyst of BiOBr/CeO2 are prepared by a microwave-assisted route. The prepared photocatalysts were characterized by TEM, XRD, UV-vis and PL, respectively. The as-prepared compos-ites exhibit stronger photocatalytic activity than pure BiOBr and CeO2 in degradation of rhodamine B (RhB) un-der the visible light irradiation. The enhanced photocatalytic activities could be mainly attributed to the formation of a heterojunction structure between BiOBr and CeO2, and higher separation efficiency of photo-induced elec-trons and holes.%采用微波辅助合成法得到了新型异质结构催化剂BiOBr/CeO2;采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-vis)和荧光光谱(PL)等手段对所制备的催化剂进行了表征。在可见光下,对有机物染料罗丹明B(RhB)的光催化降解实验表明,BiOBr/CeO2比纯BiOBr和CeO2的光催化性能有明显的提高;提出复合催化剂活性的提高是因为BiOBr和CeO2之间形成了独特的异质结构,有效地提高了光生电子与空穴的分离效率。
