In order to improve the electrochemical performance of SnO2-Fe2O3,SnO2-Fe2O3/rGO nanocomposites were syn-thesized by one-step hydrothermal method.The effect of the amount of rGO on structure and electrochemical per-formances of SnO2-Fe2O3/rGO was studied by using XRD,SEM,electrochemical workstation and LAND battery test system.The results demonstrated that the incorporation of rGO can improve the cycling stability and rate per-formance of SnO2-Fe2O3.For SnO2-Fe2O3/rGO50 nanocomposite,at a charge-discharge current density of 160 mA/g,after 100 cycles,the discharge specific capacity keeps 596.9 mAh/g and Coulombic efficiency is 98%. Even at current density of 1 A/g,its average discharge specific capacity is still 366.6 mAh/g.%为改善SnO2-Fe2O3的电化学性能,通过一步水热法合成SnO2-Fe2O3/rGO纳米复合材料,采用XRD、SEM、电化学工作站和蓝电电池测试系统,研究rGO加入量对SnO2-Fe2O3/rGO复合材料的结构和电化学性能的影响.结果表明:rGO的掺入能很好地提高SnO2-Fe2O3循环稳定性和倍率性能;对于SnO2-Fe2O3/rGO50复合材料,在160 mA/g的电流密度下,100次循环后,放电比容量仍然保持596.9 mAh/g,库仑效率为98%;即使在1 A/g的电流密度下,依然有366.6 mAh/g的平均放电比容量.
