为了研究平板纳滤膜表面Zeta电位测试中的最佳条件和极细中空纤维纳滤膜表面Zeta电位测试方法,以平板聚酰胺纳滤膜和醋酸纤维素中空纤维纳滤膜为研究对象,根据流动电位法原理,利用SurPASS固体表面Zeta电位分析仪测试纳滤膜表面Zeta电位,并首次提出醋酸纤维素中空纤维纳滤膜Zeta电位测试方法.实验结果表明:纳滤膜样品测试前需要在超纯水中浸泡2 h以上;平板纳滤膜最佳测试压力为3 kPa;平板膜样品池的流道最佳高度为100~110 μm,测试流量在80~120 mL/min,样品测试结果的标准偏差小于2 mV.醋酸纤维素中空纤维纳滤膜在测试前,通过调节样品填充的紧实程度控制测试流量在80~120 mL/min,测试结果的标准偏差小于1 mV.%In order to study optimal conditions in Zeta potential measurement of flat nanofiltration membranes and Zeta po-tential test method of ultrafine hollow fiber nanofiltration membrane, Zeta potential measurement method of nanofiltration(NF)membrane surface including plate NF membrane and hollow fiber NF membrane were studied by SurPASS solid surface Zeta potential analyzer.According to the principle of streaming potential method,Zeta potential test for cellulose acetate(CA)hollow fiber NF membrane was also proposed. Experimental results showed that nanofiltration membrane samples need to be immersed in ultrapure water for more than 2 h before measurements;the best test pressure of plate NF membrane is 3 kPa,the best streaming channel is 100-110 μm and the best flow is 80-120 mL/min,the standard deviation of test results is less than 2 mV.The sample filing tightness of cellulose acetate hollow fiber nanofiltration membrane needs to be adjusted before test to control flow rate of 80-120 mL/min.Before the test,by adjusting the tightness of cellulose acetate hollow fiber nanofiltration membrane sample filling to control test flow rate of 80-120 mL/min,the standard deviation of test results is less than 1 mV.
