主流意识视域下创新高职院校学生党团活动机制--以天津中德职业技术学院为例

在对主流意识及目前我国主流意识概念阐述的基础上，分析了高职院校学生党团活动应发挥的作用，当前高职党团活动面临着四大挑战，天津中德职业技术学院在实践中探索，在探索中前进，提出抓好组织建设，突出学生活动参与的主体地位，创设机制建设多样性及完善专业化队伍建设等创新工作机制，提高主流意识教育的实效性。%The paper analyzes the role students' caucus activities in vocational colleges should play based on the mainstream ideology and the China's mainstream ideology. It also analyzes the current caucus activities facing 4 challenges. Tianjin Sino-German Vocational Technical College puts forward organization construction, students' participation, construction mechanism diversity and professional team construction to improve the effectiveness of mainstream ideology education.
