Tianjin Service Trade currently bears the following characteristics: the significant growth, the obvious leading role in Binhai New Area, the outstanding advantages of the traditional service trade field, and the notable feature of high value-added export growth. However, there are such problems as slightly less total volume in service trade and so on. Therefore, it is proposed to optimize the export structure, advance the value chain of the service trade, build comprehensive multi-level promotion system, intensify the brand strategy and improve the introduction and the training of the personnel in modern service industry so as to promote the development of trade services in Tianjin.%天津服务贸易目前具有服务贸易增速显著、滨海新区龙头带动作用明显、传统服务贸易领域优势突出、高附加值服务贸易出口增速显著的特点，拥有一定的发展优势，同时也存在着服务贸易总量略显不足等诸多问题。因此，应重视出口结构优化，加强服务贸易价值链提升，搭建全方位多层次促进体系，强化品牌战略，加大现代化服务业人才培养与引进力度，以此促进天津服务贸易的发展。
