PTT纤维含量对羊绒混纺针织物风格的影响

摘要

改变羊绒,羊毛,竹浆纤维/PTT纤维多组分混纺纱线内PTT纤维的含量,采用FAST风格仪对多组分羊绒混纺针织物的风格指标进行测试分析,研究PTT纤维含量与各项性能指标之间的关系.结果表明,随着PTT纤维含量的增加,织物表面厚度、弯曲刚度、剪切刚度均呈增大趋势,成型性也越好.对各项性能与PTT纤维含量之间的关系进行相关性检验发现.表面厚度、弯曲刚度、成型性与PTT纤维含量成线性关系,剪切刚度与PTT纤维含量之间的相关性较差.%By changing the FIT fiber content in the multi-component blended yarn containing cashmere,wool,bamboo fiber and PIT fiber,this paper tested the factors affecting the style of blended cashmere knitted fabric via FAST instrument and analyzed the relationship between the influencing factors and the PTT fiber content.The results showed that increasing the PTT fiber content increases the fabric surface thickness,bending rigidity,shear stiffness,and formability.The surface thickness,bending rigidity,and formability have linear relationship with the PTT fiber content,while the shear rigidity has no significant correlation with PTT fiber content.
