为探讨纳米抗菌棉织物的服用性能,利用FAST系统测试纳米TiO2整理前后棉织物在低负荷条件下压缩、弯曲、剪切、延伸等力学性能以及相关结构参数和尺寸稳定性.实验结果表明,整理后面密度、纬密、表面厚度、弯曲、可成型性、纬向剪切和纬向松弛收缩率有不同程度的提高;而与经向成45°的剪切刚度、经向松弛收缩率和湿膨胀率有所下降.从整体看,大部分力学性能仍保持在正常范围之内,有些甚至有变好的趋势,因此其服用性能同样保持稳定.%An investigation on the serviceability of the nano-Ti02 antibacterial finished cotton fabrics measured the compression, bending, shearing, extension and other low stress mechanical properties under low load of the cotton fabrics before and after nano-Ti02 antibacterial finish using FAST system. The structural parameter and dimensional stability were also tested. The results showed that surface density, weft density, surface thickness, bending, formability, and shearing and relaxation shrinkage in weft direction of the finished fabrics increased slightly, while their shearing at warp 45°, relaxation shrinkage in warp direction and hygral expansion decreased. As a whole, most of their mechanical properties are still within the normal range and some is even better, so their serviceability also remains stable.
