一种柔性触控装置的研制

         

摘要

The enhancement of the resolution of touch of a flexible touch pad will lead to connection of more external wires, resulting in signal disturbance and flexibility reduction. For solving these problems, a flexible touch pad is developed based on the working principle of 4-wire resistive touch screen and made of conductive carbon films. The testing results show that the linearity of the touch pad in X and Y directions are ± 1. 316% and ±0. 796% , respectively, under a flattened placement. Within the working area of 100 mm × 100 mm, the resolution reaches as high as 380 dpi × 628 dpi. The touch pad can give a quick response when an applied touch force is 0. 5 ~ 0. 7 N. Under small strains of bending and tension, no significant influence on its positioning accuracy is observed. Therefore, it is an ideal flexible sensor for positioning.%提高柔性触控装置的触控分辨率将导致其外接更多的导线,带来信号干扰、柔性降低等问题.为了解决这一问题,提出应用四线电阻式触摸屏的原理研制柔性触控装置,该装置以柔性导电碳膜为主要材料.测试表明,触控装置在平铺状态下X方向的线性度为士1.316%,Y方向的线性度为±0.796%;在100 mm×100 mm有效区域内分辨率可以达到380像素× 628像素;模拟施压0.5~0.7N时触控装置能给出迅速反应;在弯曲和小张力变形时定位不受明显影响,是一种理想的柔性位置传感器.
