由于妇女乳房保健和追求形体美的需要,不同的乳型需要不同立体造型的文胸,以形成对乳房托起和再塑型的功能,达到合理有效地保护乳房的作用,同时在不同乳型基础上设计文胸样板,亦会体现出针对各种乳型的纸样处理方法,因而如何知道乳房的非标准形态和及其塑型方法显得尤为重要.选取外偏扁乳型活体样本为研究对象,通过多次设计,获得了样本矫形的受力特征描述,进而研究出样本的矫形方法,通过压力值检验了矫形前后人体的压力舒适性.在此基础上,通过塑型前后平面结构纸样变化的对比,分析了外偏扁形乳对应的文胸结构纸样变化趋势和修正文胸纸样的技术方法.%Women's breast healthcare is needed for them to seek for body shape beauty. Different shaped breasts need different shaped brassieres to give the easy-sagged breast enough and proper lift force so that the breasts are properly protected. Brassiere model design varies with breast shapes and so does the paper pattern. It is important to understand the non-standard shapes of breast and make proper brassieres for them. This study selected outward deviated flat type of breasts as research target and the description of acting force of a brassiere model for correcting the outward deviated flat type of breasts was obtained through many times of designing, And accordingly, the correct methods of the brassiere model are worked out. The sense of comfort before and after correction is measured by pressure test. On this basis, the changes of the planar structured paper pattern before and after shape plasticizing were compared. The change trend of the brassiere structure fit for the outward deviated flat type of breasts is presented, along with the technical know how for correcting the brassiere pattern.
