为快速准确地计算出大批量定制环境下定制产品的成本,基于零件层次对不同生产方式下的零件类型进行研究.通过对定制程度最深的按订单研制产品的不同成本估算特征的研究,对零件进行分类,并对不同类型零件的信息特征以及在生产环节中产生的费用(包括时间成本)进行成本构成的研究.在此基础上结合应用特征成本估算方法和相似性估算方法,针对不同类型的零件建立成本估算模型,从而获得产品成本模型,可为定制产品的报价提供可靠的依据并帮助企业决策.%In order to calculate the cost of customized products according to mass customization quickly and accurately, the paper researches the type of parts of different modes of production based on part level. Parts are classified based on different cost estimation of customized products, and information character of different types of parts is investigated, along with analysis of cost constitutes, that is, the cost occurred in each production procedure including time cost. Then, in combination with typical cost estimation and similarity estimation, classified parts cost estimate models are developed, and then product cost models. Thus, we can provide reliable basis for the offer of a customized product and assist enterprises with decision-making.
