蚕丝织物ME型活性染料无盐染色

         

摘要

Salt-free dyeing of silk with ME reactive dyestuffs was performed, and the result was compared with that of the conventional one. It was found that ME series reactive dyestuffs have low substantivity to silk, sodium sulphate has an important influence on the fixation rate of silk with reactive dyestuffs in conventional dyeing. Salt-free dyeing auxiliaries and dyestuffs were formed into nano-aggregate particles, and increasing the dosage of additive EX increases the particle size. The interaction of additive EX and formic acid can improve significantly the substantivity of reactive dyestuffs to silk and achieve salt-free dyeing. When compared with conventional dyeing process, the salt-free dyeing enhanced the up-take rate, fixation rate, and K/S value of the dyed fabrics, with color fastness comparable to that of the traditional dyeing.%采用ME型活性染料以无盐工艺对蚕丝织物进行染色,比较无盐染色工艺和传统染色工艺的区别.研究结果表明:ME型活性染料对蚕丝纤维的直接性较低,在传统染色工艺中硫酸钠对蚕丝织物活性染料染色的固色率有着重要影响;无盐染色助剂EX可与染料形成纳米级聚集体,随无盐染色助剂用量的增加,染料聚集体的粒径增大;助剂EX与甲酸的共同作用可显著提高活性染料对蚕丝纤维的直接性,实现无盐染色;与传统染色工艺相比,采用无盐染色工艺可使活性染料的上染率、固色率和染色织物的K/S值以及匀染性得到不同程度的提高.无盐染色与传统染色工艺所得染色织物的色牢度一致.
