红曲红素的理化性能

     

摘要

The physicochemical properties of monascorubin were investigated in order to discuss the application feasibility of monascorubrin in textile dyeing and printing industry. The solubility, acid and alkali resistance, thermal stability and light stability of monascorubin were researched. The effect of mordants on monascorubin was also investigated. The results showed that monascorubin could be dissolved in water. It was relatively stable under 100 t. In the range of pH 3-11, it was stable for pH values. Monascorubin maintained stable in the ultraviolet radiation, but sensitive to the visible light. Ferrous sulfate had little effect on monascorubin, while potassium dichromate and copper sulfate had disadvantageous effect on the coloring matter. Praseodymium chloride had protective effect on monascorubin color, thus improving its color fastness.%为了探讨红曲红素在纺织印染加工业中应用的可行性,对红曲红素理化性能进行研究.分析红曲红素的溶解性、耐酸碱性、热稳定性和光稳定性,同时研究媒染剂对红曲红素的影响.结果表明:红曲红索能溶于水,在100℃以下相对稳定,在pH =3~11范围内对酸、碱稳定;红曲红素对紫外光稳定,对可见光敏感;媒染剂硫酸亚铁对红曲红素影响较小,重铬酸钾和硫酸铜对其有一定的破坏作用,氯化镨对红曲红素有护色作用,可使红曲红索染色牢度得到提高.
