Poor degumming effect of kenaf due to its high lignin content seriously hinders its development and use. Through pre-oxidation, soda boiling, and after-treatment of degumming (soaking in urea and mechanical opening) , the paper adopted chemical/physical method to carry out the degumming of kenaf. The factors affecting the degumming were investigated and the optimum process conditions were obtained. The kenaf fibers processed under the optimum conditions have the breaking strength up to 3. 85 cN/dtex and fineness up to 738 Nm, with fiber quality and spinnability obviously improved. This study provides a reference for the follow-up spinning process.%由于红麻纤维中木质素含量较高,致使脱胶工艺效果不佳,严重制约了对其的开发利用.为此,通过预氧、碱煮、脱胶后处理(尿素浸泡和机械开松)工艺,运用化学与物理相结合的方法对红麻纤维进行脱胶加工,并对影响脱胶效果的因子进行探讨,得出最佳脱胶工艺条件.在此最佳脱胶工艺条件下,制得红麻纤维的断裂强度可达3.85 cN/dtex,细度可达738 Nm,其可纺性指标以及纤维品质均有明显改善,为纺纱工序的顺利进行提供了理论参考.
