基于STM32的测力仪设计

     

摘要

本文基于STM32处理器设计了一种体积小、技术先进、质量稳定、价格合理的新型测力仪器.根据测力仪功能和误差精度的需求,从硬件构架和软件设计两方面提出了设计方案.对测力仪系统的数据采集、采样电路、接口、主程序、ADC的配置和使用及远程通讯问题进行了研究.结合测力仪系统组成框图、测力仪数据采集框图、数据采样电路、周期时序图等,对测力仪的设计方案进行了论证.%A novel dynamometer is designed with small size and stable performance based on STM32. To meet the requirements for functions and accuracy in measurements, the design scheme is put forward including hardware architecture and software program. Main research is focused on data acquisition, sampling circuit, interface circuit, main program, ADC configuration and usage, and remote communication of the dynamometer. The detailed design is verified according to the system structure, acquisition block diagram, data sampling circuit, cyclic time sequence, etc. The results show that the design is feasible and the dynamometer is of practical significance and research value.
