偏心距离度量方法在精子头部图像检测中的应用

摘要

The characteristics of the sperm head as a part of the morphological characteristics of sperm plays a vital role in the evaluation and diagnosis for normal sperm .How to put forward effective metric method has become a research focus at home and abroad on the characteristics of the sperm head .According to the WHO“Laboratory Manual for the Examination and Processing of Human Semen ” ,the fifth edition provides sperm head morphology semantic description .A method to measure the sperm head eccentric distance is proposed , compared with other metrics we discovery that using this measurement method can distinguish between nor -mal and abnormal head sperm effectively .Through experimental verification ,the effectiveness of the proposed metric ,homogeneity and stability can meet the requirements .%精子头部特征作为精子形态特征的一部分，对评价和诊断精子否正常起着至关重要的作用。如何对精子头部特征提出有效的度量方法成为国内外学者研究热点。本文根据 WHO 世界卫生组织《人类精液检查与处理实验室手册》第五版所提供的精子头部形态语义描述，提出了精子头部偏心距离度量方法，与其他度量方式对比，发现利用此度量方法能够有效的区别头部正常精子和头部异常精子。通过实验验证，可知本文提出的度量方法在有效性、一致性和稳定性方面均能满足实际要求。
