地面反射压测量传感器安装结构模拟实验研究

     

摘要

In blast field test,blast over-pressure sensors produce spurious output because of the strong high temperature field,mechanical shock and vibration.In this study,based on the impacts of the meas-urements of blast over-pressure sensors due to shock and vibration,a pressure sensor installation struc-ture was designed for the measurements of ground reflection pressure and relevant simulation test study was proceeded.By tapping the plate,the measurement data of installation structure and non-installation structure sensors were gained.The measurement data was analyzed by using time and frequency domain analysis,the results show that this sensor installation structure can effectively restrain the impacts from mechanical shock on the measurements of pressure sensors,and it is suitable for the measurements of shock wave over-pressure in blast field test.%爆炸场试验中,强烈的高温场、机械冲击和振动等会使冲击波超压传感器产生寄生输出。本文基于冲击和振动对冲击波压力传感器测量的影响,设计了一种用于地面反射压测量的传感器安装结构,并开展了相关的模拟实验研究。通过力锤敲击传感器安装平板,同时得到有该安装结构的传感器和无该安装结构的传感器所测量的数据。对测量数据分别进行时域信号和频率信号比对分析,分析结果表明:该传感器安装结构能有效抑制机械冲击对压力传感器测量的影响,适用于爆炸场冲击波超压测量。
