文章立足于转型背景,以能够体现国企管理创新活动规律的管理创新动因、目的、创新空间、创新重点之间的内在联系为契入点,通过对转型三十余年国企管理创新案例资料的全景式考证与分析,分阶段地探讨和研究了国企管理创新设计机理。在此基础上,借助1992-2009年中国统计年鉴中国企业主要经济指标时间序列数据,运用多元统计分析对文中得出的初步研究结论进行检验。文章得出的研究结论是:随着转型深入,国有企业不仅逐步成为了管理创新设计的主要主体,而且还基本形成了相对稳定的由动因驱动的、以目的为导向的管理创新设计机理。%Based on the background of transformation, this paper explores and studies the mechanism of design of State-owned enterprises management innovation by stages through the panoramic view of textual research and analysis the transformation of the past 30 years case data of state-owned enterprises management innovation with the insertion point of the intrinsic link among the management innovation motivation, purpose, innovation space and innovation emphasis which can reflect the law of state-owned enterprises management innovation activities. On this basis, this paper tests the preliminary research conclusions which obtained from the paper by the multivariate statistical analysis in view of Chinese enterprises main economic indicators time series data of 1992-2009 China Statistical Yearbook. The research conclusions are that with deepening of transformation, state-owned enterprises not only gradually become the main subject of management innovation planning and design, but also basically form a relatively stable, goal-oriented mechanism of management innovation design driven by motivation.
