“为生活而艺术”的艺术教育理念∗--专访美国汤姆·安德森教授

摘要

安德森教授首次提出“为生活而艺术”的教育思想，并分析了“为生活而艺术”的教育理念在美国美术教育史中的发展，阐释了“为生活而艺术”作为一种全面综合的美术教育理论，在以学科为中心的美术教育基础上增加了视觉文化、创造性和新兴科技，并以学生自身生活与体验为中心和以主题教学为策略，力图用美术教育来拓展学生对生活、社会、世界的理解。在美术教育研究方法上，介绍了以艺术为基础的教育研究对于传统教育研究的突破，最后对艺术教育研究提供了有效的建议与范例。%Professor Anderson is the first to propose the educational philosophy of “Art for Life”,and has analyzed its developmental phase in the American history of art.“Art For Life”,as a“comprehen-sive art education theory ”,centered on students’life experience,managed by theme teaching to ex-tend the understanding for life,society and the whole world,has added visual culture,creativity and emerging technologies to discipline-based art education.It also introduced the breakthrough of the art-based education research methods and provides useful suggestions and examples for art education research.
