抢抓丝绸之路经济带国际多边对话平台主动权——兼议兵团承办'昆仑文化高峰论坛'的可行性

丝绸之路经济带构想是我国根据区域经济一体化和经济全球化的新形势提出的跨区域经济合作的创新模式,是新时代对古老丝绸之路的复兴计划.丝绸之路经济带正在成为世界瞩目的热点,中国既是此战略的倡导者,又是具体实施的核心力量和主导者.以昆仑文化高峰论坛建构丝绸之路经济带国际多边对话平台是当前南疆重要机遇.本文从地缘优势、经济发展、社会效益等角度,提出兵团通过申办"昆仑文化高峰论坛"在打造丝绸之路经济带国际多边对话平台中扮演重要角色,也有助于兵团在丝绸之路经济带战略的实施中有所建树.%The conception of Silk Road Economic Belt is an innovation mode of cross-regional economic co-operation and a recovery plan of the Ancient Silk Road in this new age, and that is proposed according to the new situation of economic globalization and regional economic integration.The New Silk Road Economic Belt is becoming the focus of the world attention, China is not only the initiator of this strategy, but also the core of dominant power of specific implementation.It is an important opportunity for the Southern Xinjiang to build New Silk Road Economic Zone as the theme of the international dialogue platform.The paper presents XPCC has a sufficient condition from geographic advantages, economic development and social benefits and so on.So XPCC should bid for Kunlun Peak BBS of International Culture to play an important part on the international multilateral dialogue platform, and also contribute to get some achievement of the implementation of New Silk Road Economic Belt strategy.
