兵团上市公司资产重组绩效研究——基于百花村股份有限公司的实证研究

摘要

2015年博鳌论坛将新疆定位为丝绸之路经济带的核心区,显示了作为稳疆、兴疆中坚力量的新疆兵团在核心区建设中的重要性.本文以新疆兵团上市公司为研究对象,运用Z计分修正模型对兵团上市公司的财务状况进行风险评价,结果表明兵团上市公司整体的财务风险比例较高,呈现出亏损的公司数量多,且大多通过资产重组来改善其绩效;进而以百花村股份有限公司为案例,使用长、短期市场绩效分析方法对兵团上市公司资产重组绩效进行分析,认为重组后长期绩效不理想,资产负债结构不合理等问题.最后就其资产重组动因提出相关对策从而提升兵团企业的整体价值,使其能够在市场经济中健康持久的发展.%2015 Boao forum positioned Xinjiang as the core area of the Silk Road Economic Zone, showing the importance of The Xinjiang Corps as the backbone of stability and prosperity in the core area of the construction.Based on Xinjiang BINGTUAN listed companies as the research object, using the Z score correction model, the BINGTUAN listed company's financial status risk is assessed.The results show that BINGTUAN listed company's overall financial risk proportion is higher, showing the number of loss making companies is higer and most of them improve their performance through the reorganization of assets ; then treating baihuacun Co., Ltd.as a case, by using long, short-term market performance analysis method, the performances of BINGTUAN listed companies after asset restructuring are analyzed, the long-term performance after the reorganization is not ideal, and there are the unreasonable assets structure and other problems.Finally, this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures to improve the overall value of The Corps enterprises, so that it can be a healthy and sustainable development in the market economy.
