聚羧酸减水剂与缓凝剂复合时对水泥净浆性能的影响研究

         

摘要

The integrative effect is investigated when the polycarboxylate superplasticizer BF-808 is compounded with the retarders such as BF-609,sodium gluconate,sucrose,sodium citrate,to the fluidity of cement mortar in the initial time and 1 hour.The experiments reveal that the water reducing rate amounts to 28%,and the fluidity of cement mortar reaches the biggest degree 353mm in the initial time and 272mm in 1 hour when the dosage of BF 808 is 1.0% corresponding to the cement weight,BF-609 is 0.5% and sodium gluconate is 3.0% corresponding to the BF-808 weight.%以聚羧酸系高效减水剂BF-808为基础,探索其与新型缓凝剂BF-609、葡萄糖酸钠、蔗糖、柠檬酸钠复合使用时对初始及1小时水泥净浆流动度的影响。试验结果表明,当减水剂BF-808掺量为1.0%、缓凝剂BF-609掺量为减水剂掺量的0.5%、葡萄糖酸钠掺量为减水剂掺量的3.0%时,减水率为28%左右,初始及1小时净浆流动度最大可达336mm,272mm。
