基于图像处理技术的玻璃裂纹检测系统设计

摘要

Based on the digital image processing technology,the author of this paper has designed a glass crack detection system,which can obtain the information of glass surface images by mak-ing use of the preprocessing,image segmentation,feature extraction of the collected images,and j udge whether the images contain cracks according circularity indexes.With Visual Basic6 .0 as the programming language,the system can perform detection of various kinds.%设计了一种基于数字图像处理技术的玻璃裂纹检测系统。此系统对采集的图像进行预处理、图像分割、特征提取，从而获得玻璃表面图像的识别信息，并利用圆形度指标判断该图像是否含有裂纹。系统采用Visual Basic6.0编程语言开发，实现了裂纹检测过程中各部分功能。
