“汉语热”在世界范围内广泛升温，来华留学人数不断增加，河北地方高校应该抓住良机，大力发展外国留学生教育，以推进我省高校国际化进程。以唐山师范学院为个案，利用市场营销学中的“10Ps”理论为指导，提出一些加速河北地方高校留学生教育发展的措施和方法。%As“Chinese hot”becomes a trend in the world, the number of foreign students in China is increasing. Some measures and methods to speed up the development of foreigner education of Hebei local universities are put forward under the guidance of 10Ps theory by using Tangshan normal university as an example.
