Graduate students are under pressure of employment, scientific research and emotional stress, which easily turns up the adverse social mentality. The ideological and political education with direction function, cohering consensus function, psychological counseling function, function of resolving adverse mentality and predicting function, which will contribute to promote the postgraduates to form a healthy social mentality.%研究生群体面临就业、科研、情感等压力，出现不良的社会心态。思想政治教育的导向功能、凝聚共识功能、心理疏导功能、不良心态的化解功能、预测功能，有助于推动研究生健康社会心态的形成。
