高校多校区管理理念与模式探讨

摘要

As more multi-campus universities are developed, the management has to face many dif⁃ficulties and plights. By exploring multi-campus management, some suggestions are put forward to solve these problems such as constructing new development advantages, seeking optimized management philosophy and model, pushing merger to combination to fulfill scientific development of comprehensive university.%　　随着多校区高校的增多和建设步伐的加快，多校区管理面临诸多难点困境，通过对多校区管理的分析和探索，着力解决多校区管理的突出问题，构筑新的发展优势，寻求最优的管理理念和模式，推动并校从“组合”升级为“化合”，实现新型的综合性大学全面协调的科学发展
