纤维桩在牙体缺损修复中的临床应用分析

摘要

目的评价纤维桩在牙体缺损修复中的临床效果。方法对需行桩核冠修复的牙体缺损病例,在完善根管治疗的基础上,采用纤维桩固位,制作树脂核后全瓷冠修复,随访2年。结果 48例患者78颗患牙中,成功75颗,失败3颗,成功率96.2%。结论牙体缺损桩核冠修复中应用纤维桩,生物相容性好,不易发生根折,操作简便,美学性能优越。%Objective Evaluating the clinical effect of Fiber post in teeth defect repair.Method For the clinical cases of teeth defect in which Post Core Crown needs to be repaired,based on the completion of root canal therapy,employ Fiber post retention,make Resin core before all porcelain crown repair,round ed up with a two-year regular follow-up visits.Result Of all the 78 teeth from 48 clinical cases,75 were successfully repaired,with 3 failed,the successful rate is 96.2%.Conclusion The application of Fiber post in teeth defect repair of Post Core Crown has proved to be successful with its advantages such as excellent biocompatibility,unlikely to cause root fracture,easy operation and aesthetic superiority.
