图书馆电子阅览室管理探析

摘要

Abstract： As a derivative product of applying computer network technology in library, the electronic reading room provides a platform for serving the readers with high quality and promoting the development of library. The main functions of electronic reading room are ： information retrieval service of CD database, electronic books borrowing, and Internet service. The widely ap- plication of electronic reading room provides a con＇qenienee for the genera[ readers. Because the function of electronic reading room is brought into play primarily through the application of computer, and the stability of the network application is poorer, the management of the electronic reading room must be strengthened in order to ensure the stable and reliable application. The main approaches to strengthen the management of the electronic reading room are： establishing and improving various rules and regulations, strengthening the daily management and maintenance of computers, strengthening safe management, enhancing staffs quality construction, and so on. It can be hoped that development of the electronic reading room can be effectively promo- ted by strengthening its management.%电子阅览室作为计算机网络技术在图书馆应用中的衍生产品，促进了图书馆的发展，为读者提供了优质的服务平台。电子阅览室的主要功能有：光盘数据库的信息检索服务、电子图书借阅、Internet服务。由于电子阅览室的功能主要是通过计算机的应用来展开，而网络应用的稳定性较差，因此，加强对电子阅览室的管理，可保证其应用的稳定性和可靠性。加强电子阅览室管理的主要途径有：建立健全各项规章制度，加强计算机的日常管理与维护，加强安全管理，加强工作人员的素质建设等。
