混合动力挖掘机的建模与控制策略研究

         

摘要

To achieve energy saving, a control strategy for parallel hybrid hydraulic excavator power system was developed. Structure of the parallel hybrid hydraulic excavator system was analyzed and the system simulation model was built using AMEsim software. A control strategy setting engine fuel economy as optimization variable was proposed and built using MATLAB/sim-ulink software. And the control strategy was integrated with the power system to perform co-simulation. Engine work power limit and battery state of charge (SOC) upper and low limits were set in the control strategy. Work power of the engine was determined according to the comparison between current SOC and SOC limit and the comparison between load power and engine power limit during the work. Simulation results indicate that the control strategy can keep good fuel economy of the engine in light load operation and heavy load operation, and can benefit the efficient and steady operation of the system.%以实现节能为目的,提出了一种应用于并联式混合动力液压挖掘机动力系统的控制策略.分析了该系统各个部分的结构,用AMEsim软件建立了其仿真模型,在MATLAB/Simulink中建立其动力系统控制策略模型,并进行联合仿真.该控制策略以发动机燃油经济性为优化变量,在工作中通过比较SOC值以及负载功率与发动机功率限值来确定发动机工作功率.仿真结果表明,该控制策略在轻载及重载两种工况下均能使发动机保持较好的燃油经济性,有利于系统的高效稳定工作.
