装配式轻钢结构住宅中自攻螺丝连接受力性能研究评述

摘要

基于国内外学者对装配式轻钢结构住宅中自攻螺丝的相关研究文献,从抗剪、抗拉以及抗震性能等3个方面,对自攻螺丝连接性能的研究成果及进展进行了详细总结与评述.对比了中国、美国、欧洲各国等规范中,关于自攻螺丝抗剪和抗拉承载力的设计计算方法.最后,对自攻螺丝连接尚待深入研究的问题给出了建议.%With the wide application of self-tapping screws in prefabricated light-guage steel structure residence,the connection performance has obtained much attention.In this paper,the progress in research on shear,tensile and seismic properties of various components connected by self-tapping screws are summarized in details,which is based on the relevant research literature at home and abroad.And the design methods of shear and tensile strength of self-tapping screws in China,USA,Europe and other countries are compared.Finally,some suggestions are put forward about the problems of the self-tapping screw connection that need to conduct further study.
